We always make sure that all our coliving spaces have the highest quality, to guarantee a comfortable stay. Everything complies with our guarantee of maximum safety, quality and comfort.

You don't like your room? Does your apartment not convince you?

Don't worry! You can request a room change within 24 hours, after your arrival date, to change your shared apartment, it will cost €90 for transfer expenses.

After 24 hours, €150 will be charged for the room transfer.

Cancellation policy

The payment of the reservation through the Madrid platform corresponds to the first monthly rent.

  • If the reservation is canceled within 4 hours of payment, the entire month's rent will be refunded, but not the amount of management fees.
  • If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days before arrival, neither the first monthly reservation fee nor the reservation management expenses will be refunded.
  • If, once housed, the tenant decides to unilaterally terminate their contract before the established check-out date, they will lose all amounts paid to date.
