☀ Esperanza

The Esperanza neighborhood is a neighborhood located in the Ciudad Lineal district, in the northeast of Madrid. It limits with the neighborhoods of Pinar del Rey, Quintana, San Pascual and Costillares.

It is a residential and quiet neighborhood, ideal for finding rooms in Esperanza Madrid , with many green areas and parks, such as the Parque de la Quinta de los Molinos and the Parque de la Junta Municipal de Ciudad Lineal. It also has numerous sports facilities, such as the La Elipa Municipal Sports Center and the La Esperanza Soccer Field.

As for the commercial and leisure offer, it has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Calle Alcalá stands out, one of the main arteries of the city, where there are numerous shops and catering establishments.

In terms of accessibility, the neighborhood is well connected by public transport, with several bus stops and the Esperanza and Arturo Soria metro stations, which allow access to other areas of Madrid quickly and comfortably.
