Rooms for rent

You are paying the first month's rent, an amount that will ensure that your room is kept reserved until your arrival. Do I have to make any other payment when I arrive at the shared apartment? Before signing the lease, you will have to pay the security deposit, which is equivalent to one month's rent.

All expenses are included in the price, except if there is an irresponsible use of electricity, gas, or water, such as:

• Have the heating on and leave the window open.
• Forget the heating on when you're away from home.
• Leave the hallway lights on forever.
• Do not fill the whole washing machine when you use it, because you want to wash your favorite shirt.
• Being in the bathroom as if it were a Spa, close the tap when you soap or brush your teeth, you are using drinking water.
• We care a lot about the environment, make responsible use of the planet's energy and natural resources.

We know that it is a great responsibility to make a reservation online. For this reason, we guarantee all our tenants full support throughout their stay: secure online payments, anti-fraud protection, help throughout your stay and a cancellation policy included.

• - Access to view your monthly payments
• - Selection of deposit return method

€39 for cleaning the room, at the time of check out.

This Coliving is managed directly by the Madridroom.com team, it is located in one of the safest streets in Madrid. All the furniture is TRULY the one you see in the photos and the video, its description, the location, is 100% real. It has Wi-Fi internet included. We always make sure that all our coliving spaces have the highest quality, to guarantee a comfortable stay. Everything complies with our guarantee of maximum safety, quality and comfort.

Don't worry! You can request a room change within 24 hours, after your arrival date, to change your shared apartment, it will cost €90 for transfer expenses.

After 24 hours, €150 will be charged for the room transfer.

The payment of the reservation through the Madrid platform corresponds to the first monthly rent.

• If the reservation is canceled within 4 hours of payment, the entire month's rent will be refunded, but not the amount of management fees.
• If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days before arrival, neither the first monthly reservation fee nor the reservation management expenses will be refunded.
• If, once housed, the tenant decides to unilaterally terminate their contract before the established check-out date, they will lose all amounts paid to date.
