Room cleaning service
We offer our room cleaning service at a low cost, which includes: deep room cleaning, changing of sheets, and washing of previous bedding. Contact us, and we can arrange it from Monday to Saturday at your preferred time.

Key delivery during office hours is completely free, and it takes place at our offices at Calle Salud 17, 1º Left, 28013, Madrid.
Key delivery hours are from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays.
Are you arriving before or after our office hours? Don’t want to pick up the keys at our office because you’re carrying a lot of luggage?
On Sundays, key delivery is done at our offices from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a service cost of 50€.
If you need to enter your apartment before 12:00 AM or after 7:00 PM at our offices, Monday to Friday, it will have a cost of 50€.
It is important to book this service in advance to check availability.
