After 24 hours, €150 will be charged for the room transfer.

Cancellation policy

The payment of the reservation through the Madrid platform corresponds to the first monthly rent.

If the reservation is canceled within 4 hours of payment, the entire month's rent will be refunded, but not the amount of management fees.
If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days before arrival, neither the first monthly reservation fee nor the reservation management expenses will be refunded.
If, once housed, the tenant decides to unilaterally terminate their contract before the established check-out date, they will lose all amounts paid to date.
